A Path Beyond Labels
Born in Argentina and raised in Spain, Lorena grew up in a fusion of cultures that shaped her worldview. She began her career in fashion at the age of 7, discovered her passion for acting at 11, and was crowned Miss Spain at 17 — a milestone that launched her international career in television and film. She has appeared in productions such as CSI: Miami, Chuck, and Luna Negra, blending her love for acting with a deep and ongoing pursuit of personal growth and the sharing of meaningful teachings.
But her curiosity and commitment to human well-being led her far beyond the stage. Over the years, she has immersed herself in the fields of psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience, and coaching — seeking to integrate science, spirituality, and lived experience into her own method of transformation.

What began as a personal journey has become a platform that transforms lives. Live Love Better was born from the deep belief that true well-being is not found in external success, but in reconnecting with our essence.
