10.30AM – Two-Hour Deep Dive Conversation on Reconnecting with your Self:
– Engage in an enriching two-hour discussion, delving deep into techniques and practices for reconnecting with your self. Led by Lorena Bernal, this session aims to provide you with valuable insights and tools for ongoing self-discovery.
1:00 PM – Group Lunch:
– Enjoy a delectable group lunch, featuring a diverse array of flavours and options to suit various dietary preferences.
2PM – Rest and Relaxation (Napping, Spa, Water Beds, Sauna):
– Take this time to pamper yourself and rejuvenate. Choose from a range of options including spa treatments, water beds, or a relaxing session in the sauna.
4pm: check out of the rooms
4.30 PM – Afternoon Tea
– During the tea, we will have meaningful conversations, reflecting on our retreat experience, discussing what served us well, and sharing our aspirations for future retreats.
6 PM – Farewell and Departures:
– Bid farewell to a day of rejuvenation and self-discovery. Leave with your heart and mind refreshed and full of cherished memories.
