1. Events
1.1 Tea-Talks
For Tea-Talk bookings, kindly note that we do not offer refunds or transfers.
1.2 Workshops
For Workshop bookings, we do not provide refunds. Should you wish to cancel, please notify our office at least 5 days prior to the event via email at events@livelovebetter.co.uk.
We’ll be happy to arrange a transfer for a like-for-like booking within a span of 2 months.
1.3 Retreats
For Retreat bookings, please be aware that we do not offer refunds. If you wish to cancel, kindly notify our office at least 7 days before the event via email at events@livelovebetter.co.uk.
We can facilitate a transfer for a like-for-like booking within 2 months from the notification.
1.4 Email Booking Policy
All our bookings are conducted online, and in order to register for any of our events, an email address is mandatory. If not provided, we won’t be able to process your booking.
1.5 Updates to Our Programme
Occasionally, adjustments to our program may be necessary. This could involve a change in venue, rare event cancellations, or additions to our calendar of events. While we strive to ensure our brochure is current at the time of printing, unforeseen circumstances may arise. The most up-to-date information can be found on our website. Please check before making any travel arrangements. Regrettably, we cannot refund the cost of your booking or travel expenses if event information was available online or via email, even if it was last-minute.
1.6 Sell-Out Events, Returns, and Latecomers
If you’ve purchased a ticket but do not arrive by the scheduled start time, your ticket will be forfeited. We aim to accommodate latecomers, but this may not always be feasible and is entirely at Live LOVE Better’s discretion.
1.7 Waiting List for Sell-Out Events
If an event is sold out, we encourage you to join the waiting list. This not only increases your chance of attending (if tickets become available), but also helps us gauge the demand for specific events or speakers; and when such speakers or events return, you will be promptly notified!
2. Membership
We extend a warm welcome to new members of the Live LOVE Better Community! Thank you for joining us – your presence is greatly valued. We anticipate wonderful moments with you. Our mission is to offer events and experiences that foster personal growth and community development, as our community holds special significance to us.
To ensure your membership experience is enriching and administratively smooth, we’d like to clarify what being a member entails. Please review the following before finalizing your membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.3 Just Purchasing Your Membership?
Fantastic! Please remember that for your member ticket to be applied instantly to an item in your Shopping Cart, your Membership should be the first item in your Cart. Please note that tickets cannot be added retroactively at any point during your membership.
1.4 Cancellations
After completing the Checkout process with your member’s tickets, the same terms and conditions outlined above apply to both members and non-members alike. For instance, if you booked a Monday Night Talk using a member ticket and are unable to attend for any reason, the member ticket cannot be cancelled and reissued.
1.5 Priority Notification
As a member, you will receive early notifications about our most sought-after events. This grants you a brief but significant window to book ahead of non-members. It’s important to note that once general booking is open to all, members do not receive priority booking over other Live LOVE Better customers. The advantage of membership lies in the advance notification sent to the email address you provided upon signing up. It’s your responsibility to stay updated and take action on these notifications. Unfortunately, we can’t create additional space for members in sold-out events.
3. Sessions with Lorena
These Terms & Conditions apply to all individual sessions booked with Lorena through the Live Love Better website. By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms.
3.1. Payment & Booking
- All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking through our secure checkout (Stripe or bank payment gateway).
- Once your payment is received, your booking request is recorded but not yet confirmed.
3.2. Confirmation Process
- After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a pre-session form.
- This form is an essential step for us to understand your needs and determine whether a 1:1 session with Lorena is the right fit.
- Once we review your form and check Lorena’s availability, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details.
- If we feel that we’re not the best fit to support you at this time, your session request will be declined, and the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
3.3. Rescheduling & Cancellations by the Client
- All bookings are final. Once your session is confirmed, no changes, reschedules, or refunds can be made.
- If you are unable to attend your session for any reason, your payment will not be refunded.
- This policy helps us protect the integrity of Lorena’s schedule and ensures that each appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
- The only exception to this policy is when, after reviewing your form, we determine that a 1:1 session is not the right fit — in that case, your payment will be fully refunded.
3.4.Cancellations by Lorena or the Live Love Better Team
- In the rare case that Lorena needs to cancel a confirmed session due to scheduling or personal reasons:
- If your session meets the internal criteria for 1:1 work, you’ll be offered a new date.
- If not, you’ll receive a full refund.
3.5.Right to Decline Bookings
At Live Love Better, our goal is to ensure that every session provides genuine value and appropriate support.
After reviewing your form, if we feel that a 1:1 session may not be the most suitable format for your current situation, we reserve the right to decline your booking and process a full refund.
This decision is always made with care and respect for your wellbeing.
3.6.Communication
All communication regarding your booking (confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellation) will be handled via email at the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure you check your spam or promotions folder if you haven’t received our messages.
3.7.Client Agreement & Confidentiality Clause
This Client Agreement & Confidentiality Clause (“Agreement”) outlines the terms governing all individual coaching sessions with Lorena Bernal (“the Coach”) and the Client (“you”).
By booking and completing payment for a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
3.7.1. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential.
This includes any personal, sensitive, or proprietary information you disclose.
Your information will not be shared with third parties unless:
- Required by law, or
- There is a clear risk of harm to yourself or others.
3.7.2. Nature of the Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a process designed to support personal development and self-awareness.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment or diagnosis.
Lorena Bernal is not a licensed medical or mental health professional and does not provide healthcare, therapy, or counselling services.
If you are currently receiving or require such care, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
3.7.3. Release of Liability
By participating in a coaching session, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
You release and hold harmless Lorena Bernal and Live Love Better Ltd. from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the coaching process.
3.7.4. Minors
If the Client is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent prior to any session.
The parent or guardian will be jointly bound by the terms of this Agreement.
3.7.4.Disclaimer
Lorena’s sessions and guidance are intended for personal development and wellbeing purposes only.
They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and should not be considered professional healthcare advice.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Live Love Better Ltd. and Lorena shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the application of insights shared during the session.
3.º7.5.Legal Notice
Live Love Better Ltd. is registered in the United Kingdom.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
